I was really young when this came out. :/ It brings back great memories and makes it easier to remember things from back then. Of course, it's about the singer, or protaganist, or whatever, just stating that, no matter how many times hes been cheated on by her, lied to by her, and just pretty much was shown that she didn't care as much as him, he was in love with her, and was addicted to her. And he hates it. |

I think it's about how the government has been downing economics since the late 60's and upping oil-manufacturing, motor vehicle production, and only wanting to make money, gain exportation power, etc. Most of SOAD's songs aim at the government, anyway. The hidden disorder theme might symbolize the fact that the government runs local news broadcasts and filters out what they like and don't like. Like everything is great down there when actually, in the capital city, thousands of people die each month. But you don't see that on CNN, or even local news. I'm not fully sure, though. |

Whoa. I went on here thinking most of you would think its a love song. But yeah, it's most likely about not being able to find himself, or more-so, not being about to be who he really is. It has the same meaning, in my eyes, as "I'm A Fake" from The Used, but in a more [sorry for saying it] Emo tone. It's a good song, none-the-less. But a lot of people think its about loving someone, missing them, etc. Sonny has a good way of hiding things. :D |
