To be perfectly honest, I've never even heard one of Drop Dead, Gorgeous's songs...A friend told me about them, so I looked up a few of their lyrics, and found that the ones for "Marietta" are (or, at least seem to be) to most original...They have a tragic sense about them, prehaps brought on by how short and vague they are... Anywho, to be frank, most of their other stuff seems processed, like something I've heard before, full of self pity and all that crap(no offense)...But these, I really like. However I have no idea what they mean. I do know that Marietta is a city of northwest Georgia...But thats it ^_^ -Dani. |
