To me this song means to "Live out" or to live to the fullest any situation. For example when you get a boyfriend, eventually it inevitable that you will break up so until then you do everything to live it out. I love the line "Crash to take a chance I wanna live it out Look at you, I know I'm already dead" It's like knowing your already over with so might as well "live it out" ***I think the beginning of the sound she is saying "Hold on" live it out, either way "Hold on" or "hope I" you still get the same message behind the song. Oh yeah listen to the acoustic version of the song it's AMAZING!! |

I think people think of every mellow and slow song as a break up song. But was if this song had no much to do with a break-up. But something almost worse; the feeling of not finding someone for at all. To me the the whole line "Where does the good go"? means not the idea of being good; but instead "the good" people in the world or decent people. Decent people as a person who actually likes you, a person who is not a whore a person who is real. Now the reason why they would be "broken heart in tow What do you do with the left over you" Is because maybe they have realized that after all the almost relationships they have been through no one was ever decent. They feel as if they have always settled and not gotten what they REALLY wanted. Look me in the eye and tell me you don't find me attractive To me this line means they know a person likes them so they are saying: "you know your attracted to me so stop playing as if your not" Look me in the heart and tell me you won't go Look me in the eye and promise no love's like our love These are all things that they wish person person would say to them. But no one ever does. Look me in the heart and un break broken, it won't happen Think about it and un break broken. I means for this "dream person" to fix or un break their already broken heart. It's love that breaks the seal of always thinking you would be Real happy and healthy, strong and calm To me is love that breaks the boundary/seal and real, happy etc. is every thing they wish a person be. But the main thing being REAL. *Overall the person in this song is a person who knows a lot and has been through a lot of shit and the keep on wondering "are there any good decent people in the world out there"?..... or you could say..... where does the good go where does the good go (hay this was my first ever comment on songmeanings :P..yay for me!!) |
