If no song ever had a beat to it Rap wouldn't be shit.It's not music, it's not made by instruments, but when Rap Artists make music with deep meaning/metaphores and have great poetry, fair enough, it deserves a listen to, it deserves to be played. People like 50 cent/Chingy and all there shit music, makes Rap look like bull shit, but Tupac is a great, his lyrics are great they actually mean something. Fair enough the beats on most of rap artists songs are good, but music is meant to touch your heart, it's made for you to relate to, how can a middle class white person relate to 50 cent lyrics?. Not any of his songs are made for them or tell tham anything about life. Tupacs lyrics can be related to like his changes lyrics, a lot of people could relate to them. I'm not even a big fan, but i know his lyrics are inspiring, great, meaningfull and can touch some peoples hearts. Thats the problem though today, people like Rap for the beat, but if you truely love music you will listen to truely great music. A lot of Rock music is truely great, it's amazing, but if you like Rap like Rap, it's not up to anyone what you listen to........... love what you like, but don't diss what other people like. Not all Rap/Mc music is shit, for instance (Plan-B the UK artists) who also plays an instrument in his songs, that man is multi talented, he is great no one can say his music isn't because it simply is talent without a doubt...... yet he doesn't get that recognised and 50 cent does, Hmmm. Anyways, listen to what you like..... Rap music has inspired a lot of people, even though wiggers are totally gay, it has, even though it brought wiggers to the planet, but if it wasn't for rap i bet a whole lot more teenagers would be racist, and thats pretty much a fact. |
