this is a fantastic song. period. haha it seems pretty obvious. i personally think that its a look into the mind of a serial killer/psychopath. what happens when people reach the breaking point, when negative attention is better than none. interesting interesting. : ) |

This song is my anthem. When i ride the bus to school in the morning, this is the only thing that keeps me from not cutting my throat right then and there. I turn this up full blast and remember why I keep my chin up every day. They walk around with their noses in the air and their spray tans and fucking french tips. And all i can hear in my head is "TODAY I DON'T FEEL PRETTY..." being "great" must suck. : ) god bless billy talent. |

| too much interpretation! the actual music, notes, melody, is what matters most to me, and this song is beautiful | |

| this may sound sick or strange, but i want them to play this song at my funeral. it's really comforting in a sad sort of way. it's kind of like my song, in a way: it's the one i relate to more than any of the others, and it's easily one of my favorite of her songs (this and possession) | |

its "I talk to you" but w/e, doesn't matter. haha i honestly don't know what this song is about, but it is definitely my favorite song of all time. i shouldn't be on this website, i don't like interpretting things that are already perfect un-interpretted. haha. and i agree with Lost_the_Plot: he does look really cute through the window. the video is great, in general though :] by the way: he's not gay. sorry to burst your bubble. ..he is the greatest (and hottest) guy in the world though. |

ive loved this song from the second i heard it, too. i mean, next to try honesty by billy talent it is like my favorite song of pretty much all time. but yeah, i really don't get the lyrics that much. i mean, i know it's about a prostitute and everything..but otherwise i don't try to interpret it too much. it's just like a really artsy song. i love how she's so repetitive with the lyrics "now that your wallet is all lit up" which makes it different from all of the others. my favorite part of the song is about 4 mins. in where it gets all.. idk like techno, maybe? it's really ethereal and i get really lost in the music there. |
