This is my interption of this this song: "Out of the box, out of the kitchen. Out of the world she's grown so fearful of, so fearful of" - I think this is about getting away from the once place she scared the most, which is her home. "I don't ever want to see you again I don't ever want to see you again my friend, this is the end." - she enver wants to see the abuser ever again "Out of the house, she grabs the keys runs for the hills, And doesn't leave a letter That way the impact will be much better. Away from the man that she's grown so fearful of, so fearful of. I don't ever want to see you again"- she grabs the keys, and just runs away basically, in her car, doesn't even bother leaving a letter cos he isn't worth it and it'll make him think more of his actions on why she ran away, the man she grown fearful of. "Why oh why you wear sunglasses in the home, When the sun went down about an hour ago? Why oh why you wear sunglasses in the home, When the sun went down about an hour ago? Life should not be that way." - this could obviously mean she wearing sunglasses to hide the black eyes etc or her emotions, because eyes are seen as the emotional part of the body, if you cant see someone eyes, you cant see there emotions. and the last time about life is just saying that the girl doesnt deserve it basically. "Always up or down, never down and out." - I think this means, that most people just have there low and high points, and that no one should ever be always upset and depressed. "You dream of demons while you sleep, They make you stutter when you speak." - this has caused the female to be an emotonal wreck, she stills have nightmares of the abusive man, and it has ruined her self esteem. "Speak now or forever hold your peace in pieces." basically, get it sorted, dont let it ruin the rest of your life. "Now that I'm grown I've seen marriages fall to pieces. Now that I'm grown I've seen friendships fall to pieces." - this makes me think, that she maybe grown up now, and she sees that not everything as perfect as she thought other people's lives were. The rest just dont make sense and loses my point, so i dont know XD |

I should have seen the ending of that song because he hints it in the chorus "Young girl get out of my mind, My love for you is way out of line," being she a young girl and it wrong so she has to get out of his mind cos it wrong and out of line to love her cos she 14. I'm not usually into rap bu this song is good! |
