i can't believe nobody got that. "I play Russian roulette everyday, a man's sport, With a bullet called life" if you've seen the video, then you'll know that when this is said, there's an image of a stripper. "a man's sport", "a bullet called life", he's talking about sex. unprotected sex, specifically, cause he's playing russian roulette, so he might get the girl pregnant. he might not. i honestly have no clue what this has to do with the rest of the song, but i like how it's said. |

| Panic! at the Disco – Build God, Then We'll Talk Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| The "virgin" needs money to pay for stuff (she's poor and homeless) and is "selling" herself to the "cheating attorney" to get a job. It seems that she does this to get whatever she needs. She's not a hooker, as much as someone who sells herself for things. I see a difference between the two, though I can't seem to put it to words. | |

It's not telling the story of the patient. Part of the album isn't about the patient, but about the philosophy of death. While some may feel depressed about dying young, or too early Tongue-tied and oh so squeamish You never fell in love Did you get what you deserve? The ending of your life the afterlife may be much better than life on earth And if you get to heaven I'll be here waiting, babe Did you get what you deserve? I don't know what some of the other lyrics mean, but that's my interpretation of those. |
