Deftones – Teenager Lyrics

Its a beautiful song in its own creepy way, about how teenage romances are nothing compared to what we become when we grow up. A lot of teen romances, looking back now, can seem creepy in their own innocence in some way, but thats the ideal of it. The beat of the song is simple, and the lyrics are quietly sung, giving it an almost gloom of uncertainty. Other than Passenger. this is the only other song that catches my attention |

Mary Elizabeth Mcglynn – Room of Angel Lyrics

Considering the content of the game itself and the design (as stated above, mock-lullaby), there could be a religious significance to the song; if God was defined as a woman in Silent Hill 3, and Walter Sullivan is the vehicle (or is the actual personificaton of) the Devil himself, then for all we know this could be a song from Walter to Alessa, or from the Devil to God as the "21 Sacraments" are being completed. That's just my uneducated guess, lol |
