So I guess I was just really hearing the words to this song for the first time this morning. And I have to agree with UnCommon, this sounds like a put-down to me. Maybe to fans who get a little too clingy? Am I one of these people? Sure hope not. |

I agree with dblake that it does have to do with her hurting him. But to me it means a lot more than that. It's about the end of a relationship and all the hurt and frustration involved. The part "You're irresistible when you get mad
Isn't it sad, I'm immune" just shows that things are over between these people. It's gotten to the point where they know each other so well and each other's little manipulations have no affect anymore. I don't know, but this song means more than the words I can write about it. |
