OK missing Lyrics First line "A little boy me went fishing in a wooden boat" The bit you don't know "To cut himself down man's born again" I love the song. Its a real surprise sung by Jason Orange, penned by Take That. Particularly like the lyric going from "Green to Blue to Gold to Black" represents the 4 verses. Green - Youth Blue - Stood up by his lover Gold - Wedding to his lover Black - Death of his lover ( A life cut short - A verse cut short) And what a great voice Jason has on his debut on doing the lead vocals ! I love this song. I love the idea of "Patience" and how the song could be used to describe being patient with a lover, a friend, yourself, in fact the whole god damn world. Well done Take That (especially Gary Barlow) And the vocals wow ... what a range from Gary. Have you ever tried to sing along to it I obviously don't have Garys talents because I can belt out most of the song then get all squeaky at "Cause I need time". (see comments 1 and 2) Is the childrens favourite "The runaway train" about just that a RUNAWAY TRAIN or is it about mankind heading towards a cataclysmic apocalypse brought on by their own GREED and lust for POWER!! St Vs records are coming on the radio thick and fast heres one I've liked since I first heard it in Jan 2006. Its not Dylan but read the lyrics and give it a chance. A modern classic from Will Young methinks and its only got 2 comments so far. Time will make it a classic take my word for it 'Mystic Meg' AKA IreneXY The video is also excellent and I always thought it was a guy whos been in love, been dumped and is now stalking his lover at a art exhibition but I've obviously just seen a bit of it heres what the man himself (WY) says about the video "I love this video, I think All Time Love and Friday's Child are the best two videos I've ever done. They are so clever in their execution and what I love about the All Time Love video is that it's bolstered the song and given it a character which has made it even stronger. It's also the most interesting video I've done because it throws up a lot of different things. "The story is that I am this student leader of a group of artists, poets, political activists - bohemian people with free ideas and free ideals. I am in court for a variety of things that you're not quite sure of but certainly a crime of passion - I love the ambiguity of it. There are hints of running against modern-day capitalism or a controlling society where we are all robots. "It's the idea of a guy who is saying, 'Remember who you are, remember your soul'. It really resonated and touched on a lot of things that I believe in. "I really enjoyed making it and I think it's beautifully shot. I love the courtroom scene and the one with the judges eating ice cream: it's an important, seminal case and yet the judges are walking in with ice creams, it shows what their thoughts are on the legal process. My be my favourite Coldplay record ! Love the video walking along the beach, love the song, love the fact Chris Martin is wearing his anorak getting wet in the light rain (maybe ?)and it goes from morning twilight to daylight. Its just one of those perfect love songs but hey what does the YELLOW mean I'm sure I saw one of those Top 100 videos/songs programs where it featured and when asked about the lyrics Chris martin and another band member said (I'm paraphrasing here). We got to the line about the Stars "And they were all x... y... ". 2 syllables eh... eh... looking around the room for inspiration as there was no obvious word to use they spotted a copy of the yellow pages. Yel .. Low... What about that ? Yel ...low .. But it doesn't mean anything ? SO ! It rhymes, I'm tired and I want to go to my bed. I'm using a lot of my own artistic licence here by the way. And I've not read the rest of the comments so maybe everybody has already told you'all this ! Hi to 'Y' from his 'X'. I know you'll read this.
