"in your world no one is crying alone" etc is relevant to how a suicidal individual will think/feel they're the only one going through their type of depression, when really everyone experiences similar feelings, but not everyone complains or shows characteristics like "Too broken to belong Too weak to sing along" ....let them take for granted what they could never see for themselves. |

| "lighting it up" translate "lighten up"? i think the first two lines signify a tired relationship...someone's not as cool as the other thought. then a boy meets a girl, and she adopts his lifestyle or he adopts her's...uhm...and it's not a fulfilling life--some type of obstacle or life ruiner occurs. then someone commits suicide (i got a lot of quick death-related imagery). that's what i got from it though... a really sad vibe... | |
