You can interp this as an old norse myth. The myth is about the wolf Fenrir a child of loki. As the myth says, fenrir would by the one that would destroy assengard (the place where the norse gods lived). This would also mean the end of midgard (the place where the humans lived). So the gods took fenrir as a prisoner, but fenrir started to develop even more hate to the gods. At one day when ragnorak (the end of both worlds) is there fenrir will end the world of gods and humans. |
