just for some thought, chimaera is the term used for animals who are the offspring of two different species, such as a liger, the offspring of a lion and a tiger, which really do exist. it has also been theorized that a human could produce offspring with a chimpanzee, and some of those "conspiracy-type" people think it happened in a lab in florida and was covered up. chimaera can also refer to any organism comprised of mixed genetic material, usually unnaturally created in labs. this song does talk a lot about creatures that seem to be created by less than natural means. |
