NukeIran2008, you are probably one of the most ignorant people i have ever had the misfortune to come across. it's obvious after reading your completely idiotic post that you have absolutely no knowledge of the album year zero or probably anything about nine inch nails whatsoever. so please allow me to inform you. year zero is a concept album showing a future society in the year 2022 in which America has become a totalitarian state, probably something your tiny little mind will have a hard time understanding. unlike the shit that you probably normally listen to, this means that reznor can write songs from the point of view of people other than himself. in this particular song, he is describing the greedy, self-centered thoughts of one of the government leaders of the 2022 society, and he is in no way "slamming us liberal idiots" because he doesnt agree with these viewpoints at all. reznor's using the ideas presented here to show how they will lead to the downfall of society if they are put into effect, as the album ends with the destruction of the future America. to sum it all up, suck my nuts NukeIran2008, and please dont ever post anything about any song ever again since you are obviously incapable of putting together a single intelligent thought. |
