This is a most beautiful song celebrating life to the very fullest. I really love it. The chords may be simple, but the music is incredible. |

I have been listening to it for at least a week, and I'm totally blown away. I listen to most music intensely, but this one is really, really something!! Get the deluxe version with the DVD if you can find it! |

Well I think this song may be about himself. David is said to be an athiest. I can certainly respect the position.
The chords changes "are" truly wonderful in this song. I think they deserve to be so, because David is writing one of his personal anthems here. (Or maybe he wrote it for me ;-)
But I do think he is contemplating the fleeting, but wonderful existence we share right here, right now on planet Earth, and not assuming much else. |

Yes, I think this has everything to do with athiesm. Earthly Heaven is all one can really hope for. It is enough. I think that David has achieved a great deal. His guitar playing and singing are so wonderful. I hope that he is satisfied. |

I love the guitar parts in this song, but the lyrics are some of her best, IMO. You know what everyone is waiting for? The rapture. Revelation. I'm kinda losing faith that it will happen. It's been about 2000 years too long. |

I think that "We are born innocent" means that there is no original sin. Maybe we really are innocent...not guilty. |
