my favourite from the new album, definitely. it's great to hear ryan... he may not sound perfect, but it's very honest and maudlin. i agree that it's about a girl who had everything except the guy she loved...because he didn't love her. but i also think it's about the guy not really understanding/doubting himself... "who could love me i am out of my mind" something to do with 'you can't love someone until you love yourself'. even though he liked her a lot, he wasn't able to give himself to her properly because of his own weirdness. |
