I think this means that despite whether or not there's a Heaven or a Hell, he'll follow her no matter what. If both are "full," or if they don't even exist, it's like where do you go from there? It's the ultimate uncertainty; not death, per se, but the absence of an afterlife when you die. People always say "I will follow you to the ends of the earth," or "I'll follow you into the gates of Hell itself." But what if there is no Hell? No Heaven? No place to follow that person? That's what this song is saying. That his love for her will transcend that nothingsness, and even if there is no Heaven or Hell, he'll manage to follow her into the darkness no matter what. |

I think this is one of the best remixes ever done, and it's pretty much the greatest tribute a guy can pay to his friend. I remember the one MTV Awards show one year where Puffy performed this and Sting sang the chorus. It was awesome. Puffy's version is all his own but it still retains the greatness of the original. This song is clacsic, both versions. |

That just shows how much Chad loved her and how great of a positive impact Sophia had on him. Whatever the reason for their breakup, you can tell that those two really did love each other. This is a great song, Tyler did an awesome job. |

I saw the same interview as siobs, and yea, basically that's what it's about. Every once in a while a band comes along and you just know that all they want to do is make music. The Perishers are that kind of band. If they can get the recognition, they are gonna go so far. It's not even a matter any more of making great music, because they've already done that. It's more of just getting their music out there.
At the end of the interview Ola said, "The other guys are my best friends, I don't know what I'd be without them, and without the band. It's SO important to me." The Perishers are AMAZING. And that's the reason why. |

This song is so awesome, I'm glad to be the first to comment it. Basically, I thik this song is just about a person encouraging a friend or a b/f or g/f. Times are hard and that person has run out of hope, but the other person tells them that it won't always be like that, you just gotta have faith.
And I LOVE Augustana. They're one of the most AMAZING bands I've ever heard and seen live, and they really deserve to go places. Their music means so much to me. It's nice to have a band that can do that to you, make you feel such a strong connection through the music. We need more artists like that. |
