Hahahahaha...this is funny. This kind of feeling is exactly how Rome thought of themselves...right before their entire empire collapsed, not because of military weakness, but because they grew decadent. It doesn't matter how powerful America's military is, if we keep our present course, we will collapse from within. And even the most powerful military in the world couldn't keep that from happening.
Anyway, this song is satirizing the maniacal xenophobia shown by a disturbing number of posters here. However, it still sounds badass. That's what makes it an awesome song. |

I don't like Cannibal Corpse, and I don't hate them, but I don't get their lyrics either. I just don't understand what the point is. But I do enjoy a highschool student utterly brutalizing SlayerFreak in an argument. |

I think this song has to do with Cassandra's curse. She was so beautiful that Apollo gave her the power of prophecy, but she didn't love him so she was cursed. No one would ever believe her predictions. This song is probably about her warning the Trojans about the Greeks and their famous Trojan horse trick, and having no one believe her until the Greeks storm the city (the slaughterhouse?). This is how Apollo takes his revenge and tortures her. |

I remember reading that Star IV is the central star in the Keywork...so if the author is thinking of "burning" it, it must mean he's contemplating destroying the universe in his story. Hence, Claudio's comment about the author being a godlike figure. |

I like this song the more I hear it, to the point where it's now one of my favorites on the album. It reminds me of when I was a kid, watching Peter Pan, and it wasn't so rediculous to imagine that you could be young forever. Something about this song just seems to haunt me.
