| Jamie Lidell – Little Bit of Feel Good Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I think this is my favourite song of Jamie's. The beat is soo good. And his voice makes me melt. :-) I think I had seen a video once. Jamie was commenting on this song saying that it means that you don't need a lot of feel good to feel good/better about something. It's just that little that you need. And then you'll feel great. | |

| What a great song. I really love the outro where he goes whoo-oah... The key changes are sooo good!! :-) They give me a tingly happy feeling inside. :-) | |

| Jamie Lidell – Multiply Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Good interpretation unrepped. Though, when I listen to it, I just think of life in general. I look at it with regards to shyness, self-confidence and feeling good about yourself. But yeah, it probably shouldn't be interpreted in that way. | |

I love this song! Lyrics-wise, it seems pretty straight forward - two lovers waiting to be with each other. It might be that one of them is far away or is going through a rough breakup (due to some other past lover messing with them). However, I love to put a little twist to the interpretation of this song! I know for some lines, it doesn't make exact sense. But still. I think of it as the one you're meant to be with. How, the two of you are waiting to meet at one point in life. Soppy I know, but I think about it like that sometimes. Nevertheless, Jamie Lidell is great! :-)) |

| Great song, it's fab | |
| Beverley Knight – Gold Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I adoree this song. It can be taken from so many angles. I see it as the girl who is not conventionally pretty, is overlooked. But she is pure gold - a great catch. Just always overlooked. | |

In my honest opinion, I think that she is a very underrated artist. She's got such a amazing voice that is able to convey so many powerful emotions. I love the fact that she displays her wide vocal range in this song... hitting those low notes in the first verse, and belting it out with all that she's got in the near end. As regards to the lyrics, we all have our moments where we might have regretted making a certain decision in life. But inevitably, it always happens at some point. And once you've made that decision, you need to deal with the consequences and move on. The way I see it is this - she made a choice to choose her career instead of a potential relationship. "But my ambition wouldn't allow for compromise" She has put her heart and soul into singing and her music that it's "Too late to realise how far apart we'd grown". "Shoulda, woulda, coulda are the last words of a fool". Of course, one should try to avoid having regrets in life. But sometimes you might let things like ambition and work get in the way of your other needs in life. Needless to say, I find Beverley Knight's lyrics to be amazing and have so much depth to them. That's cause she's probably one of my favourite singers. |
