ok ive read a lot of the posts about what the movie clip is "about" and what the movie is about. i saw the movie tonight. it is all about this kids life growing up in an italian neighborhood who finds himself involved with the mob. he helps out the local leader named Sunny and the kids name is Cligtrigo (spelling) but everyone calls him C. Now this is right around the time that racial problems started in the mid 60s. Cs friends hate black people. C on the other hand falls in love with a black woman named Jane. Sunny, acting like a second father to C lets him borrow his car to make a good impression. and then he tells him about the "door test" which is what the audio clip is from. if anyone doesn't like to find out what happens in movies don't read this...................................................................the girl reaches over and lifts up the button so he can get in. but the movie all in all isn't about relationships. it just focus on a kids life in the bronx, in the 60s. it is an amazing amazing movie. seriously go see it. |
