| Porcupine Tree – Four Chords That Made A Million Lyrics | 16 years ago |

Actually, Katatonia, "Pretty Fly for a White Guy" is along the same vein of this song (assuming you were critizing it). Except Pretty Fly is even more of an ironic song, because it actually did make millions. Too bad Offspring has pretty much joined all the pop sensations out there. Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace left a horrible taste in my mouth =/ Anywho, glad I found PT, right up there with all my favorites now |

BlackJacke. I love Dragonforce, but I do in fact love Tool most of all. However, I feel it is impossible to compare the two, because they are both COMPLETELY different bands, and they are about two completely different things. Dragonforce is about manic energy, and a feeling of epic-ness. Really, the manic solos and battles are what DF is all about, all the lyrics are for is to compliment the musical score, and brings you more into the song. I couldn't give a damn if all the songs had the same exact lyrics but different melodies, I'd listen to them all. Tool, is more about really deep, enigmatic lyrics, and their musical style compliments that really well. I listen to DF when I am energetic, I listen to Tool when I am thoughtful. |

| All That Remains – Six Lyrics | 18 years ago |

I checked out both this and Jordan on expert on practice mode (no way in hell could I actually play either of them), and while Six seem pretty consistenly a bitch, the solo of Jordan is something spawned from hell. Kick-ass guitar AND drumming in this song, but don't care for the incredibly angsty lyrics. Very raw, but I prefer something a little brighter. I think the actual meaning of the song is perfectly obvious, so there's not really any point into going into that. |

In the chorus, it sounds more like "kneel" than "heal". The first guitar part of the main solo, is, in one word... epic. |

| Static-X – Invincible Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Static-X songs are pretty straightforward in meaning, so I have nothing to add on to what everyone else has said, except that I find this song particularly moving. | |
| Static-X – So Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Surprising how mellow Static-X can be. This is my least favorite song off of SZ, but mostly because it's so depressing, and I tend to avoid songs like that. | |
| Tool – (-) Ions Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| I remember once I had a dream that was bizarre. I didn't have any music playing music while I slept. Anyway, I dreamt about a huge tangle of bars, kind of like a jungle gym, and that I was somehow floating sideways, and just sort of orbiting around the jungle gym thingy. It was dark, and sometimes there was thunder. All the while the song 46 & 2 was playing in my dream. It was the weirdest thing ever, and made 46 & 2 my favorite Tool song. | |

The things you people come up with is unbelievable. At some point I'd like to try out the sync trick, but being only 15, I doubt I have the brains to get that on my own. Can anyone recommend a program to try syncing with and a "dummy" tutorial to get it to work? (braindagger@gmail.com) Thanks, and keep up the great work. This stuff is fascinating. |
