love this song. i think he's talking about his life and experiencing love. it's worth it for him to try and love and be the best but his love is unrequited.. but he will continue to try until he passes, from a broken heart. maybe? |

possibly she was one of those people who didn't want to let love in ("I grew up on my own/Spent so much time alone/That it's taken me awhile/To let somebody in/...") & /or maybe she thought she found love before, but she knows what she's found now is what love really is.. can't really put it into words, but it's a beautiful song. a beautiful feeling. priceless. favorite: "It's silly to believe somethingS are meant to be, But nothing will ever be if we don't let it." & "You know I want you near me, My dreams are vivid and I, Cant see anything but you so clearly." :) |

i think this song is talking about trying to get out of where you are and going wherever you've always wanted to.. and doing what you've always wanted to. you thought you couldn't leave but you find out you can.. and that change is okay. "untie the weight bags I never thought I could" (possibly weight bags that were holding you down?) :) i tried. lol. i still love love love this song! |

i love this song! my favorite part is the second verse, talking about how life is different with this person.. "I don't walk right, not like I used to There's a jump in my step as I rush to see you I could be happy here as long as you're near to me As long as you're close to me" the words are beautiful. for the most part i think this song is talking about a new love that is growing. and you're saying goodbye to the lack of feeling, and you're so willing to do/be everything for this person. ("I'll be what you need (I kill myself to make everything perfect for ya)") :) |

this is such an amazing song!! i can't believe no one has commented it yet and it's been up for months.. anyways, i think this song is about someone who can't let go.. but has accepted it.
