Stadium Arcadium to me is about him finally seeing this world from a perspective free of drugs. I feel that he saying all the lyrics to the whole world, earth, and to Himeslf and they describe himself, sun, world... Like he saw himself in a different light and he finds life without drugs: Bells around St. Petersburg When I saw you I hope I get what you deserve And this is where I find Smoke surround's your perfect face And I’m falling Pushin' a broom out into space And this is where I found the way Next he talks about the world and life in general, like he is forming and warming and sees the beuty of it all.. he is changing... until clouds come crashing and he has that urge to go back to drugs... and he pushes himself to stay clean and go explore what he hadnt, due to the abuse of drugs... Then he talks about how may be he never thought he would make it this point or never though about it all and now he feels beteter than ever (bloom) and "this is where I start" - different life. Derelict days- feels bored or so cant get the same rush without drugs.., I'm calling- I think just what he does, next sees that media is manipulating eith people, but "animal gets what the animal needs" - people deserve cause they so stupid in a way, but he feels sorry to see that is going on... Then comes the stadium Arcadiumm part- changing process... through it "this is where I found" - he finds that beauty of life (sun as metaphor or so!) to stay away from drugs and everything else that he wants to escape, so "this is where I stand" - this is where he is - clean, new star and loving life, seeing things he never saw before.... Thats my take, but I agree song feels different everytime.... |

| and for the wet Sand part - I feel like he is changing to make something out of himself and maybe therelationship he is in, but the other person isnt. You can build something out of wet sand, but its mighty hard to do so with a dry sand... I hope it does make sense, cause in my head it did... :D | |

Love this song!!!!
