Wow, I would like to know how you know that, but that would make sense. This is obviously about loosing someone you love, and I think that it can relate to many people. People that lost friends either to fights or death, someone doing something tragic and leaving. "Just when I found my world They took you, they broke you, they tore out your heart" This made me think of someone who lost their love to war. Either a national war, or gangs or even domestic violence. This song is becoming one of my alltime faves, it reminds me of "Addicted" |

Wow, readings these posts make me feel sad for some people, do you really not have any friends close enough for you to love them? Remember, the english language ..interesting. saying " I love you" can mean a million different things in english. Which makes people more self concius about saying I love you, or they just throw it around. I have to say I love my best friend, I'm not IN love with him, but I love him. He is like my brother, and nothing can describe the way I feel about him more than this song. I actually send it to him once when he was feeling down to express myself, 'cause this song says it better than I could. I was at the store FYE, and this song was playing over the stereo system. I took my cell out and made myself a voice memo with some lines from the song so I could remember then and google lyrics with those lines. I found out that Weezer sang it, and found the song. This song quickly became my most heard song on my itunes library. I love this song. For me it captures a true friendship, without homosexuality, without any fake intentions. Just two people who are best friends |
