HeiaVincent: i agree it's definitely "because the bed's warm and it's cold out, that's a good sign" if you listen to "The Dust You Kick Up Is Too Fine" off of the album Snake's Got A Leg, the lyrics are the same as the chorus from this song, and a lot more clear |

fantastic song i love the intro especially i always thought it was "to cracks in the crossbeams" not "two" somehow it doesn't seem like his thoughts would be that disconnected that he would just go off on a one line tangent about cracks in the crossbeams i think it makes more sense if they're singing to the cracks, or perhaps through the cracks as someone else stated i'm definitely hearing "to" though |
