This song means plenty to me. It's been one of my favourites for years, and for years I could never quite decide on one meaning for it. I listen to it, and I feel nostalgia. "The time we had now ends When? The big hand goes round again Can you still feel the butterflies? Can you still hear the last goodnight?" To me, it's someone thinking about events that just happened, and now that the amazing moments are over, he's thinking aout whether or not she feels the same. f she can still feel what he feels, etc. Then again, this song has different faces depending on how I feel at the moment. |

Hm... Well, I've always thought it was about this freedom... where you stop thinking about your troubles and leave them far behind. And you live in the moment, freely. "We're dreaming and we're real, we're broken and we're healed Give in to what you feel over what you see" It' like, I know that my pain won't go away, I realize it's there, but there's more to life than just seeing your pain. You have to let go sometimes. And instead of thinking of the consequences an worrying about how you look, just trust in the good feelings.
