To me this is ultimately about a woman's love for the character. It is entirely possible to interpret the love as that of God and I thought you were right until I had a closer look. However, "you'll finally see That, baby..." , I doubt that God would be adressed as baby. I take the whole album as a Dracula type character singing, just to clarify. |
