i think that he feels that he is killing everyone around him (not in a literal sense). "i am a burning building bringing everyone inside to the ground" at the beginning he is saying that it wasn't his fault that he has that effect on people though, and that it was his upbringing partly. |

Um, has anyone actually posted a meaning? Or just how much you love DDG. I take this song literally, because of the nature of the band. I think he might've met a girl, and then he wanted to have sex and she didn't, so he kills and rapes her. |

Ok, well first off, I think he might be saying "fuck you!" at the beginning, not "for you!" llisten to it with enhanced voice and you will realize this. But this song may also have a meaning past what the eye sees. I think it might be about the band's break up. Here are some clues. "take three years take these tears blow it out of proportion" the band existed 2003-2006. i think that maybe someone did betray him, but that betrayal maybe led to the band's break up. |
