This has an eerie resemblance to Head's story about quitting Korn. "Come take me" is exactly like what Head said when he had his revelation. He said something like "God, if you're real like that guy said, come take these drugs from me and make me a good father for my daughter." This is like one of those songs where it has a ton of different meanings, so it lets everyone relate to it. |

For some reason I always relate this song to what happened with Head. Korn had reached the peak of their musical career, but they were dealing with a lot of problems with alcoholism and drug use. "Walking on a Wire", something similar to they're under so much pressure, and they're always being watched by the media. It's like JD is reflecting on what life used to be like when they were still up and coming and having fun. |

It seems to me the whole song is a continuance about how the media cares about nothing that cares. The events that are being ignored get worse and worse throughout the song, and in the last verse, he's referring to the people that are watching the major networks on televisions, and believing that the world is a good place. At least, that's my interpretation of it. |

I searched Google, Yahoo, Ask.com, The Road Runner Records Site, Slipknot's Site (Which I already know by heart), and Metal Hammer's Archives. This "promo" doesn't exist and you know it. |

Quit talking about other bands for Christ's sakes. Corey has said himself that this song is about that insanity and hate that's deep down inside everyone, and it's escaping. |

I think this song is about falling into a deep depression and thinking about suicide and questioning why god isn't helping him in his desperate time of need. It's really sad because he's giving up the will to live. |
