The only thing I can say for this one is that it is so true. Fear IS only in our minds, but it's taking over all the time. I didn't mean to quote the song, lol. That's just the only way to say it. If you don't believe that you fear something, you won't fear it. Fear's only in your head - if you can conquer that, you can conquer fear itself! Just my two cents. |

This song relates to me exactly! Like, it wouldn't surprise me if it was written about me! Let me explain ... I have/had an online friend. He's 20, I'm 16, I'm in Australia, he's not. So far nothing, right? However, I developed quite the strong crush on this guy. And I would do anything he asked me to. I literally can't say no to him. And it's kinda like he uses me sometimes, like I'm just a little kid to him ... but I still have feelings for him. For me this song is exactly that - and saying that sometimes I really feel like I'm good enough for that guy, even if I'm not. It's all about what you think of yourself, I guess ;) Just my two cents. |

I love this song, heh. Cool points for Tuomas! Anyway, to me it's kinda about a guy who's thinking about a girl he loves, and lusts after - but, she's already married to someone else. And even though she's married to someone else, she still kinda lusts after that guy anyway ... but it'd be a big sin for them to be together ;) "A burning veil for the bride too dear for him" - The guy feels like the girl's too good for her husband "Fall in love with your deep, dark sin" - He can't stop himself lusting after her, so he figures that he might as well embrace it "God I must confess, I do envy the sinners" - The guy doesn't want to stay "good", he just wants to be with the girl. Just my two cents! |
