I think the chorus is comments on the story told in the verse, very sarcastic, mocking a person's choices, and one big choice in particular. And that "Morgan wishes his family dead, awwww" bit shows he has no sympathy for him. |

verse one kind of leads you into a (creepy) false sense of security, and then there's that chorusy bit. But as soon as that's started its gone again, and I can't help thinking if I imagined it, cos it's back to the dreamy verse again. Like a journey - great song. |

the lyrics pretty much explains what the song is about, it's not as if it's some "inside joke" or it's hard to understand. A murderer comes to the chapel and kills a load of people. How they make such a great song out of that I didn't know, but it's an amazing track. |

Kevin is a guy who used to be in Giant Drag, and when Annie kicked him out he still had the password to edit their website, so he put loads of crap up on it, like that elijah wood was their new bass player. When they found out what he had been doing Annie posted on the site "thanks for that Kevin, tonight we will be playing our new song Kevin Is Gay" and it 'stuck', according to Annie. |
