I don't agree with t1nkerb3ll. I don't know, I just get the feeling that its not about anything good. when i first listened to it i thought it might be about an abusive relationship (ie. you carry a gun for fun
you use it twice as easy i'm sure she is she is someone's daughter) viewed from someone on the outside (i saw everything things i hoped i'd never see) and the girl tries to get away. at the end you can hear a guy saying "i'm at the airport, fucking split. i'm on the next plane" or something like that. that's my take on it. |

I think this is so cliche. A great band releases a couple of great albums and then gets a little taste of fame and releases an album so predictable that it ruins it all. Chasing Cars is the worst song on the album that has brought Snow Patrol down the well worn track. Horrible, just horrible. |
