i think it is quite obviously about someone getting cancer because they smoke they then get sent to hospital to get treated but stil cant give up smoking which i think is the reason for the line 'The saddest thing that I'd ever seen Were smokers outside the hospital doors' i tihkn this person wants to give up smoking 'Someone turn me around Can I start this again?' but just cant well thats what i got from it great lyrics nonetheless |
