And that shes just really grown up and is going to be whoever she wants to be and love whoever she chooses, its beautiful.

look up the vid, its about his parents divorce, although i cant see how. The lyrics to me are like an interpretation of his own romance. Then again i guess you can put it for the love / broken love between him and his parents. the song is the best by sf but not great. i think that this song is way too literal. Youll recognise it, its really good but the lyrics make it like... wow. its like beautiful pain. she sings it in such a way that is doesnt seem like sorrow, but more like abstract art. HAMMAinthetrees, i love your explanation. It pinpoints the song for me. But i still dont like this song. I love the lyrics, and i like the name of the song and the album. This song has too much shouting to make it beautiful, the words arent powerful because i can barely understand it. I had to look up the lyrics to see what he was saying. This isnt sad or petty, this is just blind rage, the little bits with the symbol taps are cute but thats about it.; Its a very average song.

This is my firs time listening to SES, you can tell that this song is really personal and thats what makes it so powerful. This song is almost like a written betrayal of love, how he trusted someone to let them into his innermost self and then was hurt when he realised the person [whom he wrote about] wasnt as commited as he was. This song relates to heaps of people because at one time or another, someone has been hurt by someone they loved. its a song journal, hes trying to let go of someone who he has had in his heart, but he knows it will take along time so its the frustration of not being able to move on, its beautiful.
