first of all ; i'm from belgium ; so my english probably is a mess. : i think it's about the life of a teenager in general ; having fun with friends , falling in love with the wrong boys ; losing your virginity to someone who is excally not worth it. ' Jenny ' is just a cover for all the pretty ' normal ' girls ; i think she's writing from the view of the girl who never gets noticed, who isn't as pretty as the rest. so she hopes she's smarter. at the end ; she says goodbye to her youth , i think she's just growing up and leaving it all behind her , but i'm probably just crazy . but it is an amazing song! x |
