People who think this song is about the dehumanization of society, are idiots. if u are a tru daft punk fan then u know that while working on the Discovery album there was an "accident which turned them into robots". that was a joke of course. but on this album, they "turned back into humans". thats what this song is about. |

the screaming thing has gone away because (and im quoting Matt Heafy in a guitar player magazine interview) "when the band was first started he screamed because he was going thru puberty (13 years old) and he stuck with it. now he has (as have the rest of the band) grown up and decided that it was time for real singing." that isnt an exact quote, but close enough 2 wut he said. btw, i liked the screaming 2 but metal isnt about screaming. its about the music. screaming isnt music. |
