The feeling I get from this song is as follows... Friend was living a life addicted to drugs. They had a falling out because the narrator felt he was being dragged down by helping the friend. Left the friend for dead in their time of need Narrator is drawn into the friends old habits and has no body to help him. I could be wrong... |
