actually, upallnight, Elliott loved his mother. Waltz #2 is about her, as well as "Pretty Mary K" and some other songs by him. waltz #2(the original version) included the lyrics "mom, I love you" and still includes "xo, mom" in it. so I doubt he's talking about his mother trying to get inside his head. I agree with newmonkey also. |
