this song hits really close to home, now more than ever. and this was the first damien rice song i've ever listened to. i cant believe that i was so naive to not make my move when everything was perfect. now my friend, whom she had no interest in then, is now with her, both of the happily taken. the funny thing is. i took up smoking after i accepted the fact that this was from myself being so naive. haha. everytime i smoke. i think of an ex of mine. who had always smelt of this particular brand i smoke. it was with her when i was truly happy, though i had taken for granted all that she had done for me. i should quit rambling. haha. |
