This song reminds me of my relationship. My girl dumped me a month ago because she though it would fix her problems. She had a lot of crap going on then (and still does). She now doesn't want to talk to me or even explain her excuse for breaking up. I still love her, but like the song says "It's not my fault", and she needs to understand that. Also, this after period of our relationship is killing me "The after taste is going to break my heart." I wish we could be together, but "destiny was never up to me". It "feels like it's over before it starts." Rawr this song is awesome! It makes me feel better, oddly. |

Hmm, I think "without the room that you live in" means 'without the comfortable world you've grown up in (and now reside in)'. Although thisisnormal really seems to have great ideas for this and some other lines. Shemnon, you might be right, but it just seems to specific and, if I may, off topic for cake's style. Most to all of the metaphores seem to tie to a woman, but only a few of them can be related to cancer. But who knows, maybe cake thinks that breast cancer patients have it to easy...? |
