| I don't think there is a right version of this song. On Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King, the live version of Cornbread is different than the versions I have heard live. But it is definitely about taking a girls virginity. Great song though, one of my favorites of his newer material. | |

this song is amazing, the only problem is it was probably the one/only love i ever had and I's song.. its a great song but i cant listen to it without having her cross my mind and its like whoa this song is amazing and then its like whoa it says -I wont tell you to stay But I'm coming to much more Me All at once the ghosts come back and thats like whoa too.. great song, i love all his music, preferably acoustic or live.
