| Manchester Orchestra – I Can Barely Breathe Lyrics | 17 years ago |

All of you saying this is about living your own life freely are correct. It does though, have a much deeper meaning. This song is about American society. We are all blindly convinced that what we are doing is right and that we are the best country on earth. If we all educated ourselves we would understand that the american ideals we so proudly represent are the opposite of what has happened and what is happening. If seeing is believing then believe that we have lost our eyes. A brilliant line. |

I am owned by new bedlam. However, if new bedlam belongs to the cult of idiots who use the word chill I feel no pain. |

Funny how all of you seem to think this song isn't about you but other people who waste their lives. We're ALL wasted. |

| I thought this was a song about the girl who "saved" him from his mental illness. She reminded him of that constantly and acted as if she was his savior, thus the Jesus reference. | |

| Say Anything – Alive with the Glory Of Love Lyrics | 18 years ago |

Someone asked how this song fit into the rock opera... Here's my take. The scene or whatever you want to call it is over saturated with love songs... Full of kids crying about how their girlfriend left them and what not. Sorry to overgeneralize, I don't mean to offend. So this song is max's way of telling those kids to fuck off. They have no idea what love is. Through this story, Max displays love before them. It isn't some high school break up to cut your wrists over. |

| Fall Out Boy – I'm Like a Lawyer with the Way I'm Always Trying to Get You Off (Me and You) Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Pete Wentz wrote these lyrics because he realized he's a grown man and still dresses and acts like a 12 year old clown. | |
| Fall Out Boy – This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race Lyrics | 19 years ago |

This song is about every single one of their teeny bop fans... The entire scene as it is today. What do you think they're referring to when talking about armraces? All you kids who sit on myspace pressing refresh every 30 seconds waiting for the latest news on fall out boy. After all, everyone will think you're SO cool if you show up the next day with the latest happenings. But hey, you guys will all pretend they are talking about someone else (maybe I am too) and definately not you! Keep on faithfully listening though, they're making tons of bucks off you. |
