Forgive me if im completely wrong but heres what i get out of it: Ok. So this guy wakes up and "nothing feels right" because his girl isnt lying there beside him. And he "cant belive he made it through the night" without her. And he is having strange dreams over and over again, And he knows hes got to make them stop somehow. And somehow NOTHING seems to be alright anymore, like everythings just gone crazy and hes lost control. And hes going to end it all by showing the girl what shes doing to him hence "this is the collapse, So dont close your eyes" he wants her to feel everything he feels, and for her to be sorry and make everything alright again. And im guessing that the last bit here... He "walks among the ghosts of all his former loves and all his future selves" I think that means that hes thinking about all his past relationships and how they went nowhere and thinking about all the diffrent things he could do with his future, analyzing every action and its consequence. And finally he just gets sick of this whole big mess and so its "the final straw" and when he says "ill take you by the throat, Ill shake you like a doll. Just feed my starving heart" it means that he wants to hurt her like shes hurt him but in the end [and truthfully] he just wants her love to fill him up hence "just feed my starving heart" [x] |

It makes me think of the feeling you get when you meet someone that you feel like you've known your whole life, and they make you feel so alive with love and so nothing matters except having more time [in this case 10 minutes] with that person. But I will agree with there being a lust factor in there somewhere... But virex7, how is this very, very smashing pumpkins? Not trying to be bitchy, Im just curious...cause i didnt get that ^_^ And by the way...Does anyone pick up on the slighly British sounding accent of some of Matt's words, Specificly "care"? [x] |

The lyrics that got left out at the end are: "Theres something in my head, I cant get off my mind. Since you've been gone its raining all the time" My favorite part is "I feel like an animal, And I dont think I get it" For some reason i just have that part repeating itself over and over in my head...^^ This song is just lovely... |

Ok. So here is what I am thinking... This girl goes out and she gets so messed up that she ends up somewhere totally diffrent than the place where she originally got messed up. And then the bot finds her and she "has tears and the're pouring down" And maybe she is homicidal because of the way someone [The boy?] is making her feel. [Not dead, But not alive] And its like the boy can always count on finding the girl crying about something, Perhaps being over emotional? hence "she's my crybaby" Well those are just my thoughts on the meaning... Great song though...I love KH |

| I think this song is describing two people who are so very diffrent but in a way the same, cause they are both complete wrecks. And its like they dont care, They are living there life like its the end of the world and *dancing the night away* ^_^ | |
