this song is about "the dreamer" (the character in this album) accepting that he/she is staying in the bizarre world of dreams for the night. The verses are just meaningless words that symbolize the dreams and the chorus "I guess I’m stayin’ here tonight So shut the door and shut off the light I guess I’m stayin’ here tonight It’s been a long time" is the dreamer's actual words.

This one is really hard, but I think it's about religion. Feeding the holy jaws is to give money to religious benefits. (Not that they're saying that they're for that) The story leaves me feeling emptE, the story is the bible and it apparently displeases them. the spirit is alive to guide us we're all alone, this makes two opposing points the first is that there is a god and the second is that we're all alone and there is no higher being.

this song is about pollution, and questions whether or not humans are of any good to anything besides ourselves. "are we all completely useless?" which is actually a question worth considering.

Tweaker – Crude Sunlight Lyrics

I just read a review on this song and there's a little more to it than I thought. The whole album is a story of one person at night-time suffering from nightmares, night-terrors, and insomnia. So Crude Sunlight is about someone who is about to give in to the nightmares and die, when the sunlight begins to wake them up. But this does have a reflecting meaning about suicide. And I suppose that ultimately, the person didn't follow through with it.

um, that's not exactly the meaning of the song, but whatever. Like happy child, this one seems to be about loss, or maybe never having someone in the first place "everything I do is done to bring you closer to me" and then what he thinks about this person while suffering from insomnia.

this song is about a change in events for the worse, or more specifically, fearful "your eyes flash bright but no longer have fire" the character who is singing is someone who never experienced happiness or a controlled life in the first place "teach me to be happy teach me control" and is singing to someone who is confused and afraid of the change.

whoa, I wasn't really sure what this song meant but you pretty much answered everything. The only remaining question is did she or did she not follow through with it? At the end it says "Let me start all over again this couldn't be the end there's something I've got to say." Which could either mean that she did follow through with it and in the last moment wishes she didn't, or just before she kills herself she decides that there's always more to life, just one more thing to say and continues to live.

yeah, I didn't really think about it before but a lot of tweaker's songs are about loss. And yes, I think it is about someone who killed a loved one (perhaps out of mercy) and now regrets it so much he's in denial.
