| Alice Cooper – I Never Cry Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| At the time of "Alice's big bad ballads", disco was the big thing, and mainstream radio stations weren't exactly eager to play the heavier stuff. So, the ballads (Only Women Bleed, How You Gonna See Me Now, I Never Cry, You and Me, etc.) made it out instead. Looks like it worked out well. | |

| What better way to accentuate a parody than with a little GWAR? Hearing Oderus belt it out made this song for me. | |
| GWAR – Maggots Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
Now in the halls of the Necro-Lord Flash of fear when he sees my sword I raped his women, smoked his bone Leave a booger underneath his throne This part of the song makes an appearance in the Strapping Young Lad song, "Far Beyond Metal" (with Oderus making a guest appearance). Worth listening to the song for that part alone. |

| GWAR – Maggots Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| From my point of view, it's just GWAR being GWAR. This song was on the album "Scumdogs of the Universe", released in 1990, so it was definitely NOT about Slipknot, in any way, shape, or form. | |
| GWAR – War Party Lyrics | 19 years ago |
|
It's pretty thinly-veilled commentary, but it covers pretty much everything from the events of Mogadishu in 1993 to what was happening as of the time the album was written. Despite that, it's a loosely-based concept album, the "War Party" is bent on destruction of humanity through global war. Like I said, very thinly-veilled commentary on the United States government in general. I remember reading somewhere that David Brockie described the album as GWAR supporting the current war efforts, taking such a right-wing position that the right wing would be ashamed. Or something to that effect. |

| Machine Head – Witching Hour Lyrics | 19 years ago |
| Yeah. I saw a video a while back of Slayer doing this song with Flynn and Dremel. Apparently that makes it a Machine Head song...*shrugs* | |
