For Sjrv: There is no Theremin on this track. It was named Theremin in honour of the inventor of that instrument, who had recently died when they made the track. The story is even on the official homesite of covenant under faq. And secondly; I dont think the sirens have anything to do with the alarms we know today. According to greek mythology Sirens were females living on an island who could sing so beautiifully that anyone who listened to it would become enchanted. The legend says that sailors approaching the island were drawn to them by their enchanting singing, causing them to sail on the cliffs and drown. |
