| Manic Street Preachers – Postcards From A Young Man Lyrics | 15 years ago |

This song i feel is about how your ideals get washed away with ages, much like songs like Bob Dylan - My Back Pages and Kent - Sundance kid(swedish sorry) This is specialy to people that have had strong ideals. You find your ideals are fadeing and all the small things that seemed trivial start geting to you. Then suddenly you think back and realise that even thought you promised you would never change you have. @ Magimo Don't think this is about Richey, but he is a symbole of not changeing not geting les radical. It is belived by many that he left because MSP had "sold out". They originaly made the band to speak there ideals. |

| Muse – Thoughts of a Dying Atheist Lyrics | 15 years ago |

Encryption We can’t prove there is no Yahweh just like we can’t prove there is no Santa clause, but that does not stop us from knowing with 99,999999999999999999% certainty that it’s not so. Atheist is just someone that has taken the step of cutting out one more God out of the millions that have been and are believed in. I’m sure you don’t believe in Santa, Neptune or Osiris. In truth we have a million goods we agree on and only one we disagree on ;) (Assuming you are of a monotheistic belief) Btw I have no problem with death. Just because I know it all ends just makes the time here on this great earth that much better. And I will have no doubts because I know I lived life to the fullest when it’s my time to go. I’m only scared of dying to early because there is so much to see and do. |

| Robbie Williams – Me and My Monkey Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| I like your guess, I agree. One thing about the part "why he did what he did" Its that he feels connected to Sundance kid who still bugs many film lovers why he let himself get killed. Robbie probably feels that maybe Sundance kid also had a destructive part that is out of control. Like we are looking to music to define our existence so is Robbie William doing true film and music, with references to lithium and Sundance kid. | |
| Coldplay – The Scientist Lyrics | 16 years ago |

I was thinking the opposite. He ruined the relation ship by thinking to much and did not listen to hes heart. So when the relationship was ruined it was first then he understood that "Science and progress did not speak as loud as my heart" It also fits with "I'm going back to the start" Which is a good metaphor for when science does not have as much sway and the obvious one for starting over. |
