This song is about wolves! Or better, a wolf that has been caught by humans. "Dragged out from my home, my lair Earmarked me, hurt me, burned me" They earmarked him and so on and now he sits in a cage. "I must be freed or I will die..." These animals need their freedom. "Freedom has a meaning for me, howl with me" That sentence is clear, I think. And there it is also clear that the song's about wolves ;) |
