I think Phoebe is essentially talking about a person's struggles with depression. She talks about some of the events that kind of snap them out of their depression though. Thinking about someone else who has it worse off (the dad who's kid is dead), connecting with a friend and laughing off suicide and not taking unwanted advice. It ends with acceptance of that's how it's going to be and it's ok. |
