this album is steeped with greek mythology. a siren is basically a mermaid who lures sailors with her voice and mammaries. she lures them to her rocks inevitabley sinking the ship,she then devours the crew. this song is surely about temptation and desire present in society, and about the caution one should take in a seemingly non dangerous situation. then again on the flipside, just coz ure paranoid it doesnt mean people dont still like you, just coz you feel it, it doesnt mean its there. we are accidents waiting to happen...meaning temptation to do something wrong will always prevail. peace |

ithink the little boy running round the house is the ghost of a child that haunts the killer. thom is asking the killer when he turned bad. the baby aligators is probabley a reference to the fact that you cant just ignore your problems and flush them away.if you flush a baby aligator in the sewers it will grow and cause problems further down the line. interpretation is relative to the listeners artisic capacity, although i feel the mass majority of radiohead fans are of above average intelligence peace |

Hello fellow radioheads this is probabley the most beautiful song ever created and it chills me to the bone.could someone answer my paradox..what came first radiohead or my chronic depression, rather like the chicken and the egg.either way i swear by theese minstrels of angst. i can play i will on guitar and thus decided to convert it to the piano backwards.the results confirmed that they are composed of completely different structures yet bare the same components. i almost wept when finally got my head around the structure of the song peace |
